We use a private courier to help guarantee all our products are delivered FREE & FAST. 

We aim to give all orders, subject to postcode, an option for a delivery within the first 2-3 working days of your purchase. We stock 90% of our items, ready for quick dispatch. 

We have a dedicated team tasked to arrange deliveries for all our Rattan furniture, please ensure you provide an up-to-date mobile contact number. You will receive a call within 24-48 hours to arrange a delivery date.

As these are large heavy items that contain fragile glass, we have to ensure that the items are being delivered using reliable, insured courier companies. To add to this we have experienced small delays in shipment due to additional paperwork & new processes as a result of Brexit. Please note in very rare cases we may experience short delays with delivery.

One day before your selected delivery date, we will send you an SMS to confirm dispatch with a 6-hour delivery timeslot, therefore be sure to provide an update to the date mobile contact number.
