I hereby assume all the risks of participating in all activities associated with property damage and personal injury when the driver enters my home to place and/or assembles the goods. This is between (the releasor) who’s designated address is and Premier Deliveries (the releasee).
Consideration
In consideration of Premier Deliveries taking in and/or assembling the consumer goods to a selected room for a reduced fee of. I hereby take action and sufficiently acknowledge that as the releasor, I forever discharge the releasee, its owners, directors officers, employees, agents, assignees, legal representatives and successors from all manner of actions, causes of action, debts, accounts, bonds, contracts, all claims including negligence and demands for or by reason of any damage or loss to property and injury described below.
Specifics
Any damage to the property inside the designated address.
Any damage to the property outside the designated address.
Any personal injury claim caused whilst providing the service.
Any personal injury that may be found out at a later date as it was currently unknown at the point of service.
Any injury caused to pets or other animals that are owned by the consumer.
Any damage caused to your vehicle as goods are moved from the release.
Release
The releasor acknowledges that this Agreement is given with the express intention of effecting the extinguishment of certain obligations owed to the releasor, and with the intention of legally binding the Releasor’s spouse, heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives and assignees.
Governing Law
This agreement will be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the Country of England.
Final and Testimony
It is declared that the terms of this agreement are fully understood; that the amount of type of consideration stated is the sole consideration for this agreement.
