Orders can be placed via the website online at anytime.
If you wish to speak to a member of staff, Our sales lines are open Mon-Fri 9am - 6pm and Sat-Sun 10am - 6pm
You can also contact us via email. Please note, all product sizes are approximate. We must be notified of cleared eCheque payments via email or phone.



We accept payments online which are fast, easy and secure.
We do not store any credit or debit card details.
Deposit payments are non-refundable.


Premier Delivery Service

Delivery is Free and Fast. However, for some items delivery can be longer - please see the Delivery tab on product page. Also, some products are from different suppliers and will arrive with different delivery services.
Fantastic 2 man next day - home Furniture delivery service
We offer a premium delivery service on all orders, once you have placed a order with us you will receive a email and text message, once the item is ready for dispatch (this isusually within 24/48hrs) to offer you a delivery on the day of your choice! We require all customers to leave an up to date mobile number and email address to take advantage of this service
Please kindly note the delivery service has a policy which restricts the drivers to ONLY deliver the consignment up to the communal door of the property, no further
Collections can be arranged by prior appointment from our main distributors warehouse located in the west midlands.
We can not be held liable for any failed deliveries. Items must be checked by the recipient before accepting the delivery.
All delivery charges are non refundable.

Please note, we do not take away your old mattress nor do we provide an assembly service.

Deliveries to ANY Off-Shore Locations

Please note ALL deliveries to off-shore Islands will be sent uninsured and all liability is left with the buyer.
Please call us for more information.

At present, due to this liability we do not deliver to any off-shore locations.

Cancellations and Returns

We put so much care into selecting our furniture, which makes us very confident that you will be pleased with your purchase, in fact we are so confident that we are offering a 14 day money back guarantee from the day you receive your goods.
In the very unlikely event, should you wish to return a item, We can arrange a collection for you via our Furniture delivery team at a cost of £49 which will be deducted from your refund, alternatively you may organise to return the item yourself.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition, any goods which have been assembled can not be returned. Any goods that are not in their original packaging can not be returned.
Refunds will be issued within 21 days of receipt of goods.
If you wish to cancel your order and your order has been processed OR a delivery has been booked there will be a cancellation charge of up to £49.

Please note, your delivery may be split - meaning you will receive more than one delivery of the goods. This is because we use different suppliers/delivery services for certain items.


Postcodes Chargeable for Delivery
Please note that delivery to following post codes are chargable.
We use a national carrier for quick deliveries throughout the united kingdom, Our couriers will deliver between the hours of 7am-9pm.Deliveries are made to the communal door of your property and couriers are not authorized to take items any further.Any courier that may deliver items further than the communal door can only do so as a gesture of goodwill at the discretion of the buyer, please note that the company would not be held liable for any risk to the items past the communal door. Please note delivery times during the festive period and national holidays do vary please contact our delivery team for more information.

Goods are delivered flat pack for home assembly. We fully comply with the Distance Selling Act 2000


If any goods are received with any parts missing, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible.
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery of any damage to the goods, as we may not be in a position to exchange damaged items at a later time.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition, any goods which have been assembled can not be returned. Any goods that are not in their original packaging can not be returned.
Photographic evidence may be required in order to replace damaged parts.

If you wish to exchange your order an exchange charge of up to £49 will be incurred.
