Delivery is Free and Fast, Fantastic 2 man, Premier next day - home delivery service

We offer a premium delivery service on all orders, once you have placed a order with us you will receive a email and text message, once the item is ready for dispatch (this is usually within 24/48hrs) to offer you a delivery on the day of your choice! We require all customers to leave an up to date mobile number and email address to take advantage of this service**
We carry nearly every item instock to ensure such a quick delivery, on some very rare occasions delivery can take upto 21 working days for items which are out of stock.
We currently carry over 95% of our range always in stock.
If you require a item urgently or require the item to be delivered on a specific date, please call our sales staff who will be able to arrange this.
We use a specialist furniture carrier for over 95% of our deliveries, this ensures that you will receive your goods in perfect condition.
For peace of mind, your item will be delivered fully insured and would be exchanged Free of charge in any rare case of damage.
You would also receive a email and text message from the delivery team just prior to delivery on the day itself to give you notice of arrival.
Goods are only sent with a standard courier if your area is not covered by our furniture delivery team, please ask if in doubt, our courier service delivery timescale is again a quick 2-4 days.
Collections can be arranged by prior appointment from our main distributors warehouse located in the west midlands.

Deliveries to Scotland
Deliveries to scotland can generally take upto 14 days.
If you require a delivery urgently and cannot wait upto 14 days, please contact our sales team who may be able to specially arrange a much quicker delivery, in many cases as quick as 1-3 days.
Deliveries to Scotland carry a surcharge depending on your exact postcode area, This fee will not be added to your total for any orders put through online automatically, this fee will be requested seperately.
All deliveries to Scotland are charged from £20***

We use a national carrier for quick deliveries throughout the united kingdom, Our couriers will deliver between the hours of 7am-9pm.Deliveries are made to the communal door of your property and couriers are not authorized to take items any further.Any courier that may deliver items further than the communal door can only do so as a gesture of goodwill at the discretion of the buyer, please note that the company would not be held liable for any risk to the items past the communal door. Please note delivery times during the festive period and national holidays do vary please contact our delivery team for more information.

Goods are delivered flat pack for home assembly. We fully comply with the Distance Selling Act 2000

How is the mattress delivered?
All our mattresses are vacuum packed for easy delivery and storage. These will be wrapped up and in some cases stored in a box.

Why is my mattress so thin?
Because the mattress is vacuum packed, we use chemicals which are tested in labs to make sure item is wrapped up and does not lose its responsive body moulding memory foam. Therefore the mattress can take up to 7-10 days to rise its original height.

Why does my mattress smell?
As the mattresses are vacuum packed, we have to use chemicals to make the sure the item does not lose its responsive body moulding memory foam. Therefore the smell may stay up to 3-4 weeks upon opening the memory mattress leaving the mattress in a room with cool air continuously coming in will allow the smell to leave quicker.


Cancellations and Returns

We put so much care into selecting our furniture, which makes us very confident that you will be pleased with your purchase, in fact we are so confident that we are offering a 14 day money back guarantee from the day you receive your goods.
In the very unlikely event, should you wish to return a item, We can arrange a collection for you via our Furniture delivery team at a cost of £49 which will be deducted from your refund, alternatively you may organise to return the item yourself.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition, any goods which have been assembled can not be returned. Any goods that are not in their original packaging can not be returned.
Refunds will be issued within 21 days of receipt of goods.

If you wish to cancel your order and your order has been processed OR a delivery has been booked there will be a cancellation charge of up to £49.

If any goods are received with any parts missing, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible.
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery of any damage to the goods, as we may not be in a position to exchange damaged items at a later time.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition, any goods which have been assembled can not be returned. Any goods that are not in their original packaging can not be returned.
Photographic evidence may be required in order to replace damaged parts.
